AMENITIES: 

VENUE:

Full use of The Space HTX building - for contracted amount of time, accommodating approximately 200 guests.

FURNITURE:

Use of The Space HTX tables and chair inventory. Includes set up and take down. 

VENUE COORDINATOR:

The Event Coordinator will be onsite the day of the event to ensure all services are executed flawlessly. Your Venue Coordinator will also conduct an hour-long consultation meeting at least 2 months prior to your event.  

Our bookings include all of the above.

 

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE:

CEREMONY:

We love ceremonies in The Space HTX and pricing includes an hour rehearsal, 2 pipe-and-drape panels and two hours in The Studio HTX. To add ceremonies, there will be an additional $500 - $1,000 fee.

DAY OF EVENT COORDINATING:

The Space HTX has experienced Wedding Coordinators that can perfectly execute your day. Our coordinators would meet with you six to eight weeks prior to the wedding day, construct a timeline, contact your previously hired vendors and make sure the day unfolds seamlessly.  

FOOD:

Our Venue offers a Preferred Vendor list, so you can easily find vendors who best meet your needs.

BEVERAGE:

The Space HTX offers full bar packages, as well as beer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks. We will help you pick the best fit for your event or help to create custom options that work within your budget and event guidelines. Please refer to the beverage section for additional information and pricing.

VALET:

Valet parking must be arranged through our preferred valet company for all events exceeding 150 guests.

CANDLELIGHT PACKAGES:

Whether you want a soft twinkle of candles to a full array of beautiful candle light; We can accommodate every unique vision. 

PIPE & DRAPE:

Pipe and Drape can be rented for an additional $50 per panel and will be set up per the client’s specifications.
